Optional Competition Opportunities
Athletes in the program have the option to participate in select track meets throughout the summer. These meets are completely optional and offered as add-ons for families who want competition experience.
-
Prerequisite: Athletes must first complete Intro to Track & Field with Coach Dudley, where they develop the core fundamentals of running mechanics, field event technique, and training discipline. This ensures every athlete enters the competitive program ready for high-performance training.
For athletes who want more than just the thrill of the sport—this program is for those chasing medals, records, and recognition.
Speed Society Track Club, Coach Dudley’s elite competitive track team, is designed for runners and field event athletes ready to elevate their performance, compete at the highest level, and earn a place on the podium at local, regional, and national competitions. Athletes in Speed Society compete in USATF Track & Field and AAU sanctioned meets, giving them the opportunity to measure their skills against the best in the country.
Led by Coach Dudley, who has coached Olympic contenders and national qualifiers, Speed Society delivers complex coaching and structured competition preparation. Practices are intentionally more demanding than the meets themselves—building speed, strength, endurance, and technical precision so athletes arrive on competition day confident and ready to perform.
With a limited roster to ensure individualized coaching, every athlete receives focused development designed to unlock their full potential.
Whether you're aiming for your first medal or your next national title, this program provides the discipline, training, and competitive edge needed to stand out in the world of track and field.
Unlike traditional teams, Speed Society operates on a flexible, competition-based model, allowing families to choose the level of commitment that fits their athlete’s goals.
